Zoe Cole
Our Nursery Owner and Manager is Zoe Cole.
Zoe has worked in Early Years for her entire career before taking the leap of setting up Busy Bunnies. After many years of studying Zoe achieved her Level 6 BA HONS in Early Childhood Studies. Experience wise, Zoe has worked in each position including, Nursery Nursery, Room Leader, Deputy Manager and also Manager of settings to gain her knowledge and experience. Zoe believes this experience has helped her to shape her current practice and help to provide children at Busy Bunnies with a high level of care.
Zoe's roles within the setting are:

Designated Safeguarding Lead
Health and Safety Lead
Mentor to other settings
Trained in ECaT - Every Child a Talker
Achieved Communication Friendly Setting Status for the setting
Victoria Pearson
Our Nursery Deputy Manager is Victoria Pearson (AKA Tori)
Tori has a wealth of experience and knowledge within the Early Years Field. Zoe and Tori have worked together for many years, in differing roles, to provide high standards of care for children. Tori has her teaching qualification and uses this knowledge when leading our Pre-School Room. Tori is a professional practitioner who prides herself in her meticulous work within our setting. Her fresh and current ideas keep things fun and interesting for the children.
Tori's roles within the setting are:

Liaises with all local schools in the area to organise school transition
Designated Safeguarding Lead
