Here at Busy Bunnies we have a three weekly rolling menu. The meals and snacks we offer are healthy, balanced and nutritious. We encourage children to drink milk and water throughout the day and fresh water is always available in the children's play room. We provide every child with their own drinking cup!

Our older Busy Bunnies in the pre-school room have lots of input into our menu and as a result we have incorporated lots of the children's favourite foods. Fresh fruit is served daily along with lots of other snacks. 
 
We encourage our children to be independent at meal times. They pour their own water and use child sized tongs and spoons to serve their own lunch. The staff encourage children to try new foods. 
 
A healthy and balanced diet is proven to help children's concentration and learning development. 
 
Our children often cook and bake their own foods in order to learn about ingredients, quantities and also to try new textures and recipes. 
 
We cater for all dietary requirements.

Tooth Brushing 

All children are encouraged to brush their teeth at least once throughout the day. We are a part of the Smile4life campaign which is an initiative to aid better oral health for children. 
 
We provide children with their own toothbrush which is stored according to Smile4life guidelines. We offer a dry brushing programme to help prevent the spread or spray of any germs. The children enjoy the independence this gives them.
